    sy newbie di sni.. sy ingin meminta pendapat orang yg lebih pkar... sy mmbawa kancil 850 standart,selama lebih kurang stahun lebih pikir2 dn skrg sy brhjat utk convert injen krete sy dengan injen L502.
    persoalannya..
    1. bnda apa yg boleh d tambah / di tukar supaya injen itu smakin kuat dan tahan lama?
    2. myk pelincir (myk itam,myk gear,etc) apa yg ssuai utk ketahan jgka msa pnjg?
    3.mcmne nk tahu gearbox l5 tu LSD ke x...??(xmau kne tipu)
    4.absorber/ spring yg trbaik utk kancil...
    5.spark plug yg ssuai utk l502

    krjasama anda amtla di hrgai. trm ksih

    (modal tidak terhad, boleh bikin tetapi xnk smpi jpj x lepas.. kira bikin tp msih lepas dr undang2,,, )

    bro lau nak upgarde enjin sa cadangkan gna enjin l2s.....l2s ni bnk blh upgrade dr pki enjin l512...
    rasanya lau bandingkan enjin l2s n enjin l512 yg da upgrade, enjin l2s lg yg power sikit dr l512...

    bgi sya enjin smua sama sja bro slagi kita xda ubah atau mod dri yg asal, just jga minyak plincir, servis ikut wktu yg dttapkan, cek air slalu, mmg thn lama tu slagi kta xda tmbah2 atau ubah2 tu enjin la..

    ko ni lebih kurang aku je.....sangap nk tukar enjin....kasi masuk l9 je..paus ati...enjin l9 mmg dh ade tebo...gear box,pki je je gear box asl kancil(850)maintanance pn save...

    tp l9 ok ke..? Suspect otai2 kasi tlg byk2...

    klu susah2 sgt takut sperpart susah, pakai je enjin kelisa...boleh thn juga tu....ade juga klasnye...up pula dgn tebo...tukar piston, minyak kasi bukak beso..msuk trotel body yg baik skit...gear box xpyh tukar...perhhhhh save ma....jln jauh ok..ari2 jln pn ok...laju pn laju...
    ramai yg tak sokong pakai l5 ni...xtipu puya....

    prnh dgr org blg tu part2 trtentu dlm enjin yg ssah mau cari bro..tp sy x tau pla yg mna 1.. sy pn heran jg npa rmai yg x sokong pkai enjin L5 ni wlupun dia 4 Cyclinder TwinCam 16 Valve Intercooler Turbo 4 WD L512....

    enjin kelisa pn ok jg..klu pkai enjin kelisa snang pass jpj..

    kalau nk men jalan jauh, elok amek NA bos..jgn pkai torbo..
    enjin torbo ni, hg pakai lagu aman pn mmg x bleh lawan NA utk long distance..
    pastu kalau enjin daihatsu, kalau nk tahan lama, pakai sperti sedia ada..
    maksudny xpayah tukar torbo ka, tukar itu ka, ini ka..
    pakai jak sperti yg dbeli kcuali piston ring, gasket, oil seal, air filter..
    ni jak barang2 wajib tukar utk mmastikan ketahanan n prestasi enjin..

    pasai soalan hg tu:
    1)tukar barang2 ni..oil seal, gasket, belting, piston ring(kalau perlu), valve seal(kalau perlu), air filter(kalau perlu),..

    2)suma mnyak pn bleh..lg sdp, pkai la full synthetic..yg pnting servis ikut masa

    3)hafkat ddatngkn dgn gbox skali..nk tau LSD ke x, pusing sbelah drive shaft ke depan driveshaft kanan)..maka drive shaft 1 lg (driveshaft kiri) mesti pusing ke depan jgk..kalau drive shaft kiri pusing ke blkg, gbox tu xdak LSD..

    4)absorber n spring bgantung kpd pmintaan anda..nk comfort atau nk sport..
    kalau comfort, angkt trus 1 set depan blkg suspensi L2 atau L5..
    kalau sport(keras), angkt absorber L2@L5 pastu tukar spring sport..
    x pun angkt trus adjustable absrber..

    5)spark plug kalau nk best, pkai NGK iridium

    sy syor kan utk long journey, pkai enjin kelisa 1.0..
    enjin kalau masuk kancil, senang2 je nk dpt top 160~170..
    kalau hafkat macam L2, L5 top speed 130~140
