    Bro2 sioloon,

    Ade sikit problem...

    Engin kete saye tak boleh nak start lepas saye memecut... Contohnye lps saye memecut ke 120 - 140 pastu matikan engin tuk pg isi minyak, kete saye tak bleh start dah... Amik mase 1 - 5 munites bru bleh start...

    Ade beberape sintom2 die:
    1) Bile memecut, kete start hilang power
    2) Bile pijak pedal clutch, RPM akan jatuh dr 900 ke 500... Atau mati terus...

    Betulkan saye kalau silap, kalau problem fuel pamp, minyak x smpi langsung kan?

    Fuel pamp bru je tuka beberape bln lps... Throttle body pun bru je service 2 bln lps...

    Tolong bro2 sioloon, tak tau nak buat ape lg dah....

    Hot starting problems are usually fuel related. When a hot engine is shut off, the temperature of the engine and everything on it continues to rise for awhile as the engine undergoes a period of "heat soak." This can cause fuel to boil inside the carburetor bowl, fuel lines and fuel filter. When you attempt to restart the engine, "vapor lock" obstructs the flow of fuel and the engine doesn't want to start.

    This is much less of a problem on fuel injected engines because the fuel is usually under much higher pressure inside the injectors and fuel line. Even so, a fuel line routed near an exhaust manifold or a fuel rail that's exposed to a lot of heat may still suffer the same kind of problems.

    Heat soak problems such as these can sometimes be cured by wrapping insulation around affected fuel lines, and/or installing an insulating spacer or heat shield under the carburetor.


    Other CausesHot starting problems can also be caused by cooling problems that allow your engine to run too hot (the pistons swell up and may scuff the cylinder walls), or excessive resistance in the starter motor that causes the engine to crank slowly. A starter "amp draw" test can be used to check the condition of your starter. Also, many starters have small "heat shields" to protect them from heat radiating from nearby exhaust pipes or manifolds. If the shield is missing, the starter may get too hot and bind up

    Keba - Emm, saye nak tuka starter tu... Maybe brg dlm kete dah uzur kot... Just, xde idea nak pki starter ape... ori proton atau vr4 punye... Suspect

    kent1189 - kent1189, im using injection... So, mungkin fuel rail tu atau starter kot, base on artikel tu... Ade certain forum bgtau kalau camtu, maybe starter dah start nak kong....

    pkai vr4 punya la bos..bnyi dia mmg syok wooo..kalau kancil bleh pkai, da lama sa pkai starter vr4 malu

    hmm.... 4g13 ada pakai water sensor tak? kalau ada kadang2 tu pun prob tu... l2 pun begini ni selalu... kalau sudah WOT jalan2... pandai drop gila2 dia punya rpm trus mati... kami tukar water sensor trus ok... tgk2 la k..? saya kasi idea ja ni.... selamat mencuba....

    klu ikut macam yg bro ckap tu macam situasi kedua,ertinya starter bro pusing laju mcam biasa, tapi injin yg x mau idup (time injin panas)...klu bgitu bro, starter bro tu x masalah la..sbb masih mmpu pusing dgan baik kan?

    spark plugs = ok
    fuel filter = ok
    fuel pump - ok
    starter = ok
    throttle body = ok
    battery @ voltage = ok
    engine loss power n mati time engine panas ek...?? tggu engine sejuk bru leh start blik...

    sy rasa symptoms ni lbih kpd vapor lock...sb engine terlalu panas blh bt petrol dlm pipe lines jd vapor (meruap) dan ganggu air-fuel ratio...a/f ratio dh jd terlalu lean mixture dan susah utk engine hdup...vapor lock ni blh trjadi pd engine carburator n injection

    jd punca utama msalah bro ni sb engine bro terlalu panas..check cooling system engine bro
    - check termostat function ke x
    - tangki air kot2 sumbat@ karat
    - radiator cap
    - motor kipas kuat @ lemah
    - water pump tu btul2 ok ke x
    - klu blh bro pakai la coolant yg ok skit...tambah kipas 1 lg ke..
