    salam semua. kamu tolong dulu abang kamu ni... what is the best gap utk itu valve ah? supaya itu rpm cepat naik.. bagitau detail ah.. intek=? ekzos=? mau pergi edjas ni

    tappet ni ialah valve clearance..sama ja..cuma istilah tappet ni macam kmpung2 skit..nat yg ketuk valve tu utk turun ada jarak dia..x buli telampau rapat x buli telampau jauh..ejas jarak tu la yg kita slalu pnggil ejas tappet atau valve clearance..

    mo tau pomen ejas yg ok, macam yg si bro kent tu ckap..yg bgitu la caranya..sbb kncil atau L2 ni bahagian head masi lgi mekanikal..ejas pun cara manual..

    blade yg pomen tu pkai utk ejas tu clearance atau tappet nmnya filler gauge..pastikan pomen ada barang ni masa ejas..klu dia x pakai ni barang, mmg pomen kencing tu..standard L2 intake 0.25mm, xzos 0.30mm..ko bgitau ja bgitu..klu telebih dri itu mula la kedengaran sayup2 macam mesin jahit tu..tek tek tek..

    kalu standart 6valve 850cc brapa pulak sukatan clearance intake n ejos, sma dgn L2/L2s ka?

    Excessive clearance causes valve noise and decreased power.

    Insufficient clearance results in decreased power, valve overheating or burning, and carburetor flashback which may cause a carburetor fire.

    We therefore recommend that the valves be adjusted in a reputable shop.

    The valves should be adjusted when the egine is cold.

    aku ambil info d atas dr google dgn kata kunci adjust valve clearance..tertarik dgn ayat insufficient cleareance bla bla bla valve overheating or burning..jd bro2 sekalian ,pd pndpt kamu adakah ini salah satu punca temp enjin ku slalu naik tinggi?

    x kompom la bro..valve overheating laen..kalau valve overheat, seal pn lama2 jd loose..
    valve pn bleh bgkok..tp x salah kalau try set balik kpd clearance OEM..
    tgk samada prob overheat jd lg x

    ada kaitan katu klo enjin yg lambat panas pagi2..mo res2 mo kasi hidup tp nti cepat panas sampai macam ada bubble2 tu hood engine?btw kereta aku iswara 1996.blm penah overhaul.xda jg asap putih la.

    rasanya x da kaitan dgn valve clearance enjin lambat panas waktu pagi bro, cuba cek thermostart ada x d tmpatnya? kalu x da thermostart, mmg lmbat enjin panas wktu pagi...

    guna 20 intake 25 ekzos....starting ada top ada
