Kawan, nak minta pendapat sikit....dlm masa terdekat ni, aku plan nak berikan nafas baru ke dalam EG8 aku, so tolong aku jawabkan soalan yg aku musykil dan kurang pasti...so, ni dia plan aku:


1. Ganti enjin dgn half cut EG 9 B16A2 LSD (manual)
2. Gantikan block asal dgn block 2.0L B20B
3. K&N Air Cleaner
4. High performance Cabel and Spark Plug
5. Extractor Mugen
6. ECU asal ganti dgn Spoon ECU
7. Muffler ganti juga tp aku tak tau lg nak beli brand apa.
8. Piping 2.5"


Ok, ni pula soalan aku:
1. Perlukah modifikasi dekat Block B20B atau dekat Head B16A2 sebelum kedua2 nya digabungkan bersama biarpun semua dlm keadaan standard?

2. Komponen2 lain perlu tukar jugakah spt fuel pump, radiator dan sbgnya....?

3. ECU Spoon atau Hondata yg lebih baik?

4. Katakan sekiranya aku nak VTEC buka pada 4500RPM, adakah kedua2 ECU di atas mampu digunakan atau aku perlu tukar cam pulley menggunakan adjustable cam pulley?

5. Selepas modifikasi di atas, berapa byk korang rasa Horse Power meningkat sbb tiada tempat Dyno Test tempat aku...siannnyaaa

6. Dgn peningkatan HP dr yg asal, perlukah aku tukar disc brake dgn yg lebih besar utk lebih selamat?

block tak pasti boleh tukar atau tidak, 2.0 macam tidak approve di civic. kebanyakan orang masuk b18, cover merah punya vtec besar.

k&n memang sesuai, kalau manual go for open pod (jenis mushroom) tukar piping dia sekali, yang besar punya, aftermarket ada jual.

cable plug pakai ngk, harga lebih kurang rm4xx kalau tak silap, confirm cun punya.

kalau kata ecu, biasanya ecu boleh modify supaya vtec buka awal, ataupun pakai vafc atau afc-neo. ecu pun kena tengok engine, kalau bro punya engine mod banyak, ecu original memang tidak ngam sudah mapping air fuel dia, macam mana pun kena pasang piggyback juga.

kalau bro ada hati mahu buat dyno, boleh turun kk, boleh tune sekali kalau mahu.

muffler kalau mahu garang, pakai jepun punya, pakai macam RSR, HKS atau apexi. kalau mahu senyap sikit pakailah tanabe.



ini pendapat saya saja. kalau salah betulkan

1.bule masuk block 20B tapi kene match port jalan air,skru cyinder,bla bla..
head gasket bule dijadikan panduan..(hantar ke kedai engineering)

2.injector lebih besar,yes feul pump bosch kene pakai.radiatr option shj.

3.microtech & emanage ultimate pilihan saya.

4.cam pulley perlu pakai sekiranya kamu pakai high camshaft..
biasanya intake akan di "advankan" & exzos TDC..vtec perlu di bukak
lebih awal..

5.up to 40%

Nak tanya sikit, klu nak convert B16A ke B16B hanya perlu tukar block atau head die?...ada kawan cakap, juz tukar head dah cukup tp bila baca forum better tukar block...confused....

super 90 t.body kene match dengan over size piston & high camshaft..
jasma manifold tak cukup...
must consider mugen 421 xtor...
try match kan final drive & gear ratio 1 & 2 dengan camshaft then fine tunning ecu ..huhuhu
praaaaaaaaaaannggggg..
b16a u ready to tapau 1.8 & 2.0 turbo for 300 meter....

Bro, nak tanya...

Klu Jasma 421 extractor pun sudah cukup kan?...klu tak cukup, tolong bgtau cepat sebab ada seorang member jual mugen extractor in my place...

Klu nak tune final gear ratio, maksudnya kena buat masa dyno test kan?..sori, xtau benda ni nak buat kat mana...

final drive gear ratio tak payah dyno pun tak pe..tapi gear ratio untuk 12345 perlu dyno tuning....

Kereta masih dlm proses pengubahsuaian.....dah siap kena hantar pg cat whole body.....dah siap, akan bg list modification bg info kepada pengguna Vtec beserta gambar2....thanks for sharing your comments....
