fuel regulator untuk regulate pressure, dalam system minyak. macam bro hitachi kata, control pressure. kalau yang adjustable, boleh adjust pressure yang kita nak bergantung pada modifikasi engine.


caburator tidak boleh pakai eletrik fuel pump, electric fuel pump control by ecu bila dia running. biasanya fuel pump tidak pump non stop, dia akan stop sekejap pump sekejap, bergantung pada engine dan driving situation. carburator kena pakai jenis mekanikal fuel pump.

electric pump tdk sesuai utk caburetor sebap tiada controler,comfirm tu caburetor sentiasa banjir dengan petrol,makenical pump sesuai utk caburetor sebap presure minyak bergantung dengan kelajuan enjin berbanding dengan electric pump yang presurenya sentiasa tahap maksimum..

microtech kan?

ini sejenis high performance ecu, dia ialah dalam category standalone. tukar ecu punya, yang lain macam motec atau haltec.

kalau safc, afc neo, e-manage yang ini piggyback, dia kacau original ecu untuk buat management air fuel.

new satria neo cps pakai engine 1.6 campro cps, response better dari campro lama. setahu saya campro lama response dia sangat lembab, bah kan wira 1.5 efi pun bagus lagi dari campro.

campro cps lebih kuat pada top rpm

Saya nak tanya ada kalau nak pasang oil cooler kat kancil utk NA@Turbo ada x mslh pada enjin tersebut samada dah upgrade atau tia.

Minta komen pd bro2 yg ada experience tentang oil cooler tuk soalan saya.

kalau cakap masalah, memang tiada masalah, sebaliknya lebih bagus untuk engine, power akan tingkat sikit.

cuma kalau baru pasang, kena selalu check kalau ada leaking.

tp ada juga tau fuel pump kna ctrl by ecu..cm ford everest ka 2...pena try tukar alarm,last2 susah hidup... neb bEk ada sifu time 2 tlg..

fuel regulator memang maintain itu pressure dalam fuel system, misalnya kalau 45psi, dia akan berada di sekitar 45 psi. untuk adjustable, boleh adjust ikut modifikasi kereta.

pasal fuel pump, saya baru dapati kereta baru control by ecu juga, kalau engine sudah sampai satu temperature, atau kelajuan, fuel pump akan cut, dan mungkin cuma pump sekali dalam 3 saat.

1.kete kc sy bru tuka tabung tgh jenis twister,skarang ni bile drive enjin cpat panas tp meter suhu x lebih stgh..tp yg pelik enjin berasap..apsal yer?

soalan 1 saya tak pasti, macam mana pun kena pasti dan check baru dapat tau masalah dia.

untuk yang kedua, pasang safc memang tiada effect buruk, kecuali tuning yang tak betul. kalau tuning yang betul, kuasa kereta pandai tingkat sikit, minyak pun lebih jimat sikit. biasanya piggyback macam safc, neo, e-manage ini lebih sesuai untuk kereta yang sudah modify.

Aum n lmt pg..

Saya ada nak tanya sikit tentang enjin kancil 850@kelisa so seliranya saya nak pasang oil cooler kat kedua enjin tersebut..

a. Ada tak mslh akan timbul after oil cooler installation..
b. Takde ke effeect sampingan samada baik ke tia pas pemasangan.

So kpd brader2 yg tau plz lah tlg2 sikit coz bab oil cooler ni kat block kecik2 ni sy kurang mahir setahu sy enjin kapasiti besar memang xde mslh kalau nak psg menatang ni...

seperti yang saya sudah jelaskan diatas. ada kawan pasang di kelisa engine, tiada masalah. cuma kena check leaking saja lah, memang perkara biasa kalau baru pasang, kena check sampai dia steady.

terima kasih atas soalan saya psl oil cooler bkn apa saya tia brp kompom ba coz saya kira nak psg oil cooler pd kereta saya coz ada ckp baik utk long distance journey..
Tp ada jg kwn2 komen kalau psg benda ni akan effect enjin down power n kalau psg pd enjin kancil@kelisa pressure tia cukup nanti main bearing n piston ring tia cukup supply so kong lah jwb diorang..
Tu lah saya minta pendapat pd taiko2 kat cni b4 saya psg baik usha dulu pendpt korangkan...So kalau ada apa2 info lg juz sent me for new in4mation mana tau ada yg kita leh share coz bidang k kar ni saya br nak berjinak2..

kalau pasal bearing, tak pasti pula. pasal jarang saya dengar barang ni buat masalah. kalau bro takut pressure tak cukup, bro boleh pasang oil pressure meter untuk check pressure.

Tq bro nieto 4 ur in4mation

So skg leh lah sya pasang kat kelisa saya coz brg suma dah ada enjin pun dah bot..oil cooler yg saya standby nak psg tia lah besar sgt 7 row jer cukup utk enjin kecil..
Satu lg bro nak psg oil cooler mana yg better nak psg filter adaptor asing ker atau psg macam common jer?
