Fungsi minyak pelincir sejukkan geseran silinder


MINYAK pelincir atau lazim disebut minyak hitam (walaupun tidak berwarna hitam) cukup penting bagi membolehkan enjin berfungsi dan kereta boleh bergerak dengan lancar. Ia perlu ditukar pada setiap 5,000 atau 10,000 kilometer mengikut jenis dan grednya.



Namun, bagi kereta baru yang kali pertama menukar minyak hitam, ia boleh dilakukan pada 1,000 kilometer pertama seperti yang disyorkan oleh pengeluar dan pengedar.

Selain menggerakkan komponen dalam enjin seperti omboh dan bebola besi, ia juga bertujuan menyejukkan geseran kepada silinder dengan mengasingkan udara panas ke bahagian lain.

Penggunaan minyak pelincir juga mengelakkan komponen enjin berkarat selain memendapkan bahan bakar. Oleh kerana terlalu lama minyak pelincir itu digunakan, ia akan menjadi kotor akibat bahan bakar dalam enjin termasuk percampuran dengan air.

Oleh itu, pemilik kenderaan perlulah membaca buku panduan yang disediakan oleh syarikat pengeluar kereta cara menjaga ketahanan enjin kereta.

Lazimnya, minyak pelincir ditukar setiap kira-kira 5,000 hingga 8,000 kilometer atau enam bulan atau mana-mana yang terawal bergantung kepada jenis model kenderaan.

Bagaimanapun, sesetengah pemilik kereta lebih gemar menukarkan minyak pelincir sendiri kerana ia mudah dilakukan dengan menggunakan beberapa alat asas seperti pemutar skru dan bekas untuk mengisi minyak pelincir lama.

Peralatan lain yang diperlukan ialah jack atau bicu untuk mengangkat bahagian kereta bagi memudahkan anda memutarkan skru pada kotak minyak pelincir. Adalah lebih baik jika minyak hitam dikeluarkan sehingga titisan terakhir.

Anda juga disyorkan supaya mengeluarkan minyak pelincir lama untuk diganti ketika enjin masih panas. Ini kerana pada masa itu, minyak pelincir akan bercampur komponen kekotoran bahan bakar yang perlu dihapuskan ketika minyak pelincir itu disalurkan ke luar.

Jika enjin kereta tidak cukup panas ketika anda bercadang menukar minyak pelincir, eloklah dihidupkan enjin itu untuk beberapa minit terlebih dulu.

Sementara itu, sekiranya sebelum ini anda sudah menukar minyak pelincir tetapi apabila diperiksa kelihatan kotor, keadaan itu mungkin tidak berpunca daripada minyak.



Keadaan itu mungkin berpunca daripada beberapa faktor terutama bagi enjin yang masih baru atau bahagian enjin yang baru diganti seperti dinding silinder atau omboh.

Masalah itu berlaku mungkin akibat proses penyesuaian bahagian terbabit menyebabkan berlaku kehausan sehingga minyak pelincir akan mengandungi serbuk logam.

Apabila keadaan itu berlaku, proses penggantian minyak berkenaan terjadi dalam tempoh singkat menyebabkan ia menjadi hitam dan kotor lebih cepat berbanding dalam keadaan biasa.

Jika keadaan itu berlaku anda tidak perlu bimbang dan tukarlah minyak berkenaan bagi melancarkan perjalanan kenderaan anda.

Ini kerana minyak pelincir berfungsi bagi membersihkan permukaan dinding silinder daripada oksida, karbon dan kerak yang terjadi hasil pembakaran dalam bahagian berkenaan.

Jadi, di samping mencairkan sebarang pemejalan minyak, ia turut membawa kotoran yang ada di dalamnya dan membersihkan bahagian berkenaan. Jadi, apabila sudah kotor, minyak itu perlu diganti baru dengan segera untuk mengelakkan kerosakan pada bahagian enjin.

saya rekomen kau pakai ja castrol magnatec. bukan saja ringan, tapi melindungi engine~ 10w-30. confirm mantap untuk engine kamu~

kalau kau mau cari dimana ada dealer price, memang susah la, sebab kilang disini cuma jual kepada kedai ja dengan carton, mereka tak jual untuk customer satu satu. lagipun harga saya tak jauh dengan harga dealer, sebab engine oil harganya control by goverment juga

Harga baru kalau tak silap rm88, rm85 mungkin stock lama~ sebab magnatec kami laris, jadi stock tak kan simpan lama~

sebenarnya semua minyak pun bagus, cuma bergantung kepada driver saja~

helo otai2 semua.. bsok aku rasa mau p servis kreta la.. tp masi bingung ni mau pakai minyak enjin brand apa.. kira mau pakai castrol magnatec tp harga bleh tahan jgk, aritu tgok rm115.. kira2 mau pakai idemmitsu.. ok ka tu arr? kreta iswara, enjin standard baru overhaul beberapa bulan.. hehe
