| Subject: Modified interior & exterior of my kelisa 25/7/2010, 8:29 pm | |
| First topic message reminder :Hello there .. I bought this car somewhere around November 2004. The original colour of this car before was 'Gemilang Blue'. Then later around 2007 i changed it to the 'black & white' colour (using 2K paint). Lots of my friends called 't*** cicak' .. LOL !! This year - 2010 - i'm modified most of all interior & exterior of this car. So here are some pictures for u to see while i'm upgrading my perodua kelisa 2007 (Black & White) without body kitEarly of July 2010 (Adding Body Kit)Almost two weeks at the body kit workshop ... Doing body kit takes around RM2K After all done, i took my kelisa to Ringo the racer workshop (Ringo Performance). Mr. Ringo is a well known racer in Sabah. Perhaps in Malaysia as well. The racer who are always got champions title in most of every drag-race competiton. Glad to know him. He's a very good adviser in this sports racing field. I went to meet him last few weeks while my kelisa still in the body kit workshop. A friend of mine sell me a complete turbo bolt on kit for kelisa for just RM2K. All are branded, product such as HKS, Greddy and etc .. So i ask Mr. Ringo if it's suitable for my kelisa. He told me not to put it in my standard engine because it's too risky for my engine to get explode and leaking. He explained that k-car such as kenari and kelisa is so hard to put bolt on turbo as the engine controled by a standard computer box by perodua kelisa. So far there are no computer box 'stand-alone' for this kind of car yet at the moment. Well, i'm not too expert in this sports racing field so i didn't get him too much in details. He told me that if i still want to put the turbo, sure i can but i have to replace my standard engine to the L2 or L7 engine and that take me more cost to do that. So i ask him any other idea that can make my kelisa a bit 'power'? He laugh at first. Then he gave me the simple idea. Change the air filter to sports open air filter such as K&N, change manifold, put a 'cross' silencer and sports 5 zigen muffler. It takes only 2 hours to complete setup and cost RM650. Without any hesitation, i say 'yes i do'. hehe .. (picture will be uploaded later) 28/07/2010 FLAT / MATT BLACK PAINT
I am planning to repaint my car. Changing it to the FLAT / MATT BLACK colour. After almost 3 days searching for the paint code, at last i got it from CARMIX Mercury supplier somewhere in Tawau, Sabah. Glad to get it and here are some new pictures of my car .. no, no, no .. this not the colour of the paint yet, but it almost look a like as this is just done sprayed by undercoat 1st layer ... 12/8/2010 Reborn Of My KeLisa
