What is SQ?

There's a misunderstanding that SQ(Sound Quality) is a system that can't play loud. Stock system also can't play loud but that's far from a real SQ system. So what is Sound Quality? SQ is that aspect of a sound system, which encompasses all of the performance factors which give the system the ability to re-produce an accurate and life-like rendition of the original recording as perfectly as possible. It includes factors such as tonality, ambience, subtle nuance, system gain structure, dynamics,transient response, and the list goes on and on.
SQ is a combination of all these technical factors as well as proper
speaker placement and proper system design. When a system is said to have perfect SQ, it generates the most accurate sound possible, with a sense of musical realism that gives the listener the impression that they "hear" a live performance right in front of them, as if the listener was in the audience watching the actual performers on an actual stage. Now, to get this realistic musical "sound stage" in a car, it takes careful system planning, speaker placement, and tuning.

Raammat will suffice for deadening purpose at good value..if u wan better material, STP is good as they have a wide range of materials for different application for different areas of the car..

how does my setup sounds today vs previous session? didn't managed to ask sifu2 sekalian , just now spent most of d time listen other setups.. i've fiddled n changed x-over,ta & level, different settings this time..i prefer my current settings over d previous 1, but need u guys opinions as well as there might be room for improvement

im abit confious tahap godlike haha..ur xover di bonnet tu pakai ka? ur player punya xover pun pakai ka?saya blur skit part ni..

lol macam main dota suda tu beyond godlike...passive xover masih connected, tapi TW HP dan MID LP kena bypassed, hanya TW level dan TW protection circuit jak masih digunakan...sekarang player xover dipakaikan untuk TW HP, MID LP, MID HP n SUB LP...jadi sekarang boleh considered as full active..the reason y the passive xover masih dlm bonnet kerana dulu saya main full passive settings for frontstage, pastu baru slow2 tukar main active, x payah disconnect passive xover..

last nite dengar setup kawan c windu, the left n right channel terbalik, patutlah macam ada yg x kena ni..next session dia confirm ada brg baru suda ni hehe

ala sorry guys...nda dpt dtg owh smlm...teda org jaga baby...smua org pg pasar malam huhu..pdahal siang tu memang mau pg udah.

Boi: rsanya system ko tu mantap suda tu.great tuning.better dari yg dulu pkai F#1 tweeter.lepas kita mekanik tu pod dn TA trus lagi cantik.

x payah disconnect xover..maksud u?jadi wire smua connect sana?then disable the XOVER function? untuk memudahkan u install ka ni?

buli sdah kita bikin sticker utk sq borneo head bonerrr ni HAHAHA..ahmau bilang sq..sot quality..hahaha

hehe..just like what i've expected..the 6.5" driver is a pair of true Woofer, therefore will suffer when playing into midrange FR spectrum..btw, did u guys managed to listen to my Imprint profile? the sound of the Imprint totally changed, midrange voice all come out lol, but mmg unnatural dy..from there, it really pinpoint that i rly need to pasang my 5.25" midrange drivers dy..hehe

Geeko: x payah disconnect xover, semua wire masih connected, no change..dalam passive xover tu, ada jumper untuk enable xover ataupun kasi full bypass..in short, xover tu flexible, dan boleh juga single wire, bi-wire ataupun tri-wire for most situation of installation possibilities..

haha..bikin ketawa yg kamu bilang barbarian style n shakespeare style..lol

bukan semua passive xover boleh buat macam tu..most common passive xover only accept single wire power input, dan xover fixed cannot bypass, hanya dpt main TW attenuation..
