What is SQ?

There's a misunderstanding that SQ(Sound Quality) is a system that can't play loud. Stock system also can't play loud but that's far from a real SQ system. So what is Sound Quality? SQ is that aspect of a sound system, which encompasses all of the performance factors which give the system the ability to re-produce an accurate and life-like rendition of the original recording as perfectly as possible. It includes factors such as tonality, ambience, subtle nuance, system gain structure, dynamics,transient response, and the list goes on and on.
SQ is a combination of all these technical factors as well as proper
speaker placement and proper system design. When a system is said to have perfect SQ, it generates the most accurate sound possible, with a sense of musical realism that gives the listener the impression that they "hear" a live performance right in front of them, as if the listener was in the audience watching the actual performers on an actual stage. Now, to get this realistic musical "sound stage" in a car, it takes careful system planning, speaker placement, and tuning.

geeko - kalau letak 1 lapis soundproof blakang tu mid xda beza ka bunyi.. macam mau try.. solid memang konpom x la.. tp mau kasi kurang tu rattle.

bebiri - slow2 maen.. aku dulu maen front jak.. apa kata ko try maen tube bass.. amek hafkat punya.. amek yg 8 inci.. aku rasa lagi bagus dari active sub.. sebab dulu aku pnya 6' pun sedap.. tapi mmg sq la.. sbb xkuat. kekekeee.. lowbass dia memang xgegar kretala tp ringan lagi.. buat soket. kalau byk barang bole simpan d kaki..

15 meters to Final, RM900.... tapi mo kirim pg sini tia taulah berapa tu....15M 0 awg power cable....hehehe...tia taulah berapa berat tu...kalau kongsi boleh kita bagi2 7.5 meter sorang....rasanya kita perlu 4 meter ja bah tu...so kalau bagi tiga masih lagi ada 5 meter sorang, bah, mari...

50' RM900...jdi RM18 a foot. 5meter macam tdk cukup dari engine bay pegi boot.ngam2 la.ground lgi.hehe klau bagi 2 + shipping sa rsa 500 juga owh...huhu klau 6 meter cukup la.klau nda silap sya masih ada RM100+ sma AC lgi tu.jdi mau pos tu brg pa macam la?

sya skrg subless, d HU on loud mode, macam ada sub owh...hehe tpi takut2 tu 18W kuyak...hoho next week after CNY baru buli antar tu amp...lama lgi baru buli ada sub la ni.

sound quality wise i think still lose to a normal sub... but better than an active sub la... but for normal listening this one is still the better choice considering the limited space in a hilux... cuz we tried before a setup with two active sub under the hilux front seat... still cannot beat this thin sub setup be it in SQ and loudness... "

boi: haha JBL aa...itu memang suda terbukti, murah lg...pasal sound deadening mau sekeping besar juga di dalam pintu n minimum stengah keping di tempat mid tu baru ada effect

geeko: mau kc kurang bunyi luar pakai soundproof hitam macam span tu, letak di pintu (bhg mid) sama di plastic door panel...lantai pun sama, letak deadening sikit baru soundproof yg tebal...kurang la juga...kalaula boleh soundproof tu cermin kan bagus hahaha, banyak bunyi tembus dari sana...

aku nda sihat la pula...kena ujan ba.huhu ba power, ko atur la...klau sihat dtg la aku tu...hehe

psal deadening, aku pn mau letak d plastic door panel...pndai bunyi2 tu brg klau psang kuat...hehe
