salam n slamat sejahtera kawan2...
nak tanya abg2 otai...aku pakai kancil 850,dan berniat nak tukar enjin L2s auto...hafkat tu member aku nak tolak murah2 jer..
nak tanye abg2,
1. Takpe ke tukar gearbox auto l2s ke gear box asal manual 850?
2. ade kesan sampingan tak?
3. dia punya kekuatan dan ketahan enjin l2s auto dan l2s manual sama ke apabila tukar gearbox 850?
4. mana lebih baik enjin l2s auto dan l2s manual..
5. Gearbox LSD auto dgn gearbox manual 850,yg mane lebih ok?

1. memang tiada masalah, banyak orang sudah tukar
2. tiada kesan sampingan, tapi kelak nak tukar clutch, kena turun engine, sempit sangat. kebaikan manual boleh main kasar, auto tak boleh, asal auto dah rosak, boleh buang sudah.

3. kekuatan memang berbeza, manual lebih berkuasa banding dengan auto.
4. kalau saya, ambil manual.

Ooo....begitu ceritanya..manual macam mahal sikit kan? yg ni auto l2s ni dapat murah sgt,rase macam teruja nak teruskan je projek ni..kelihatan enjin bersih,xde liking...millege dalam 70k lebih..

apa pendapat abg2 otai dan Nieto kalau aku teruskan saje? gearbox auto l2s tu tukar ke gearbox 850 stendet? OK ke?

dari segi ongkos,brape eh agak2 kalau bikin projek ni? upah sahaja,termasuk tukar gearbox tu...


Moga dapat tunjuk ajar dari abg2....

Ongkos tukar enjin dr halfcut utk kancil sllunya rm600-rm700(pemasangan termasuk enjin,gearbox & dasboard klu x silap la).

cuba cari bengkel kampung2..mna tau murah sikit.Hehe...

mekaseh kpd abg2 yg byk nolong ni...
enjin dah tukar,semua berjalan dgn lancar..skrang ni igt nak pakai standart jer kot..xde bodykits. modai dah ciput..huhuh

nak tanye otai lagi, Bonet 850 lampu petak nak masuk spoiler L502 boleh ke ek? atau kene ejas lagi? ngam x spoiler tu ngan bonet standart 850...mintak tlg ajar.. Smile

rasanya bgs GB 850 klu nak long distance..sbb byk org sarankan klu enjin L2 bgs pakai GB 850..tp sama macam topik d atas clutch kna tukar yg bgs..sekurang2 pakai la exedy semi racing..huhu..

aku skrg pki gearbox 850 guna clutch exedy semi racing..mslh skrg gearbox ku berbunyi tu bila rpm tinggi macam bunyi skru longgar..ada g hafkat tanya sbb plan mau tukar gearbox sda..n macam biasa la yg LSD mmg xda ,tp mech kat hafkat ckp yg L2 pnya gearbox pun bgs jg..

atas 4k blh dgr da..tapi bkn tiap msa bunyi ,pndi ilang jg bunyinya..yg pasti time accelerate kuat2 pasti pandai bunyi x kira gear 1-5

ya la, mmg berdisiplin ni org kan bro fuumin, kancil ori carb aku pn slalu lbih rpm 4k, sbb aku paling sronok main gear 3 n 4 lebih rpm 4k... terasa juga bdn tertekan d seat. apa lagi kalu pkai kancil tobo mcam bro adeqyana tu.. hehe

hehe..btl bro..aku xpernah memblast start aku pakai enjin turbo..entah la sama ada rpm aku ka yg xbtl atau mmg rpm aku rosak..sbb aku tgok rpm 3.5K meter dah terpacak d 130km/j..xnak naik2 lg pi 140km/j..cara aku bawa kereta mmg xsuka memblast..d bwh cara aku bwa kereta sama cara aku tukar gear..

1st gear 1k rpm (20km/j)
2nd gear 1.3k rpm(30km/j)
3rd gear 1.5K rpm(50km/j)
4th gear 1.8K rpm(60km/j)
5th gear 2K rpm (80km/j - 130km/j)

lepas gear 5 br aku tekan sampai 130km/j..itu pun masa aku test jak hari tu..lepas tu xpernah lg meter aku sampai 100km/j ke atas..tp masa aku pakai enjin 850 pernah juga aku bwa 140km/j..tp kereta bergegar macam mau tercabut jak hari tu..huhu..tu pun masa aku kejar kereta kancil turbo..hihi..

hihi..sbb macam lain bunyi enjin ku klu tarik sampai lbh 1k utk 1st gear tu..maksudnya klu 1st gear rpm 1K kelajuan 30km/j macam berteriak aku punya enjin..itu aku pelik..jd aku takut juga mau tarik panjang2..lg pun timing enjin kereta aku rendah sgt2..itu aku rasa macam rpm aku xbtl..klu external rpm utk enjin turbo org sambung d mana ya wayar dia??org tu buatkn aku dia sambung dari coil..btl ka tu ya sambungan wayar org tu buat??

bro, kaw pkai external rpm meter ka bro, aku rasa salah bacaan rpm meter ko tu bro.. cuba kaw cek balik kt blakang rpm meter tu, tengok selector kt blakang tu. kalu selector tu 4,6,8.. mmg x leh pkai reading meter tu bro. biasa org letak kt 4, bermaksud 4 silinder..aku dulu pn pakai rpm besar dgn shiftlight autogauge tu, p selector dri no 4 ,6,8 saja, so reading mmg salah, x nak naik. susa mau dpt rpm meter 3silinder kecuali daihatsu ori meter punya.. percayala bro, ko tukar saja p meter l5 redline 8k tu, yg da rpm tu..kumpum betul punya.

kalu external rpm, bagi kancil 660 yg x da wayar rpm g meter, mmg ambil dri distributer.. p kalu kancil 850, meter rpm bule ambik dri wayar meter rpm asal desbod. p still kalu guna meter 4 sililnder, mmg x kan betul.

ya bro..aku guna external rpm jenama autogauge..dia xada selector d belakangnya bro..bkn yg macam rpm besar tu ada selector..aku punya xada..aku punya rpm kecil jak..

salah info sda aku ,rpm kereta ku 3k laju kereta da 90km/j hehe..rpm meter yg ikut dashboard standard L2 turbo manual sja panduan ku hehe
