hai,

BANTUAN DIPERLUKAN...

ada masalah lps BOT kelisa 2nd gen...

enjin kelisa 1000cc manual
tukar barang :
1. turbine halfcut L9
2. front mount intercooler piping 2''
3. blow off cap ayam
4. metal gasket 1.5mm
5. exhaust piping sampai blakang
6. injector pakai myvi 1.3
7. 1 way valve kat air sensor (toyol)
8. boost 0.4bar

result :
1. masa gear 4&5 rpm lebeh kurg 2500 - 3000 macam semput / sebu skit
2. minyak macam agak melampau kuat
3. top speed pon macam ssh nk dapat
4. lain2 setakat ni macam ok.

soklan:
mcmne nak selesaikan masalah ni.
dh penat nk pikir mcmne nak settlekan problem ni.
tolong bg cadangan yg bernas yg mana boleh membantu.

bro ako siap gelak lagik (TT)
dah pecah kepala pikir xsettle ni

buat masa skang ni masuk balik injector asal.
lain2 seperti di atas.
xda management, fuel regulator, return line etc..

ni nak mintak cara paling mudah n berkesan...
tu pon kalu bermurah hati lah hehehe...

Halu2..... cucuk wideband dulu br tau apa yg mau buat kelisa mu ini... dia lebih minyak ka.. kurang minyak ka.. dari sana br tau apa maw buat.. kalau kurang minyak kalau mau murah2 pakai bakakuk ja.. kalau ada budget libih2... paling kurang safc 1... then buat tuning...

sorry,vocab baru ni blom abis blaja lagik.

actually ada hajat nak masuk e-manage tapi...
1. yg taiwan dgn yg ori japan, which one is better.
2. kalu dikatakan function sumer sama, so ada masalah ke kalu pakai yg taiwan punye.

** i'm plan to play low boost max 0.5bar. sng nak panjat bukit. not for race out there heheh

haha..mna ada gelak..teruja ade mmbr BOT 2nd gen..
bole kongsi ilmu..jgn risau sy x kedekut ilmu punye..
x macam sesetgh poeple tu..nk kereta dorng je yg power..
padhl kereta kita p alam kubur smua sama jgk (keranda..)
mngikut spec yg kau bg mmg kurang lagi tu bro..
pasal semput tu jgn risau..sekelip mata ak tlg kau ya..hehe..
kita buat magic sama kereta kau..

ak da alaminya semua tu..

Injecter:

injecter asal kelisa 175cc High Impident..
injcter l2 190cc low impedent =0.5 to 0.7 boost hehe..(yg ini sesuai tuk setup kau)
mivec 240cc low impedent = 1bar boost..
4E 295cc high impedent = 1 bar boost ke 1.5 bar..
tapi paling manis klu dpt yrv pnya x silap 275cc kale hijau malu2 kunuk.
yg pnting high impident la sbb asal kita pnya pn high jgk tu..
tkut pkai yg low impident t idle x stabil plk..


Fuel Regulator:

Ini adalah benda yang paling penting msti ada bro..
da tukar injcter msti guna bnda ni kawal tekanan mnyak.
ambil yg ori macam works stge 1 paling uda tu..rm299.
tpi imitation pn ok jgk tp depen on luck jgk la..amik sard rm50 pn ada
jgn lupa meter tekanan..hehe.
mekanik akan tebuk hujung fuel rail kau tuk d smbngkn ke FR tu t..

Return Line:

Da ada Regulator jgn pula x pasang return line p tank..
bole tu bole x ada tp kena kawan ma ank kedai paip la sebb akn selalu pecah..
kuat tu tkanan mnyk..lbih2 lg 5 bar..
x mhl pn bwt return line tu..yg pnting thu nk p mna buat..modal paip tu x smpai rm60
kat kdai spare pat lori ada jual paip putih kecik2 tu.ukur pnjng mngikut kesesuaian la..
mekanik thu buat tu..tpi da alang2 turunkn tank ade pula yg kena buat tu..
kena ttp FR asal d dlmnya..nk thu macam mna 1 hbngi ak..t ak ajar..ssh nk trangkn
ade org x buat return line pn bole.dia guna line yg mnghubung kn tank dgn canister..
tp t kereta akan kdg2 terbau petrol. kdg2 klu jln jauh dlm 200km kereta pndai mati sndri tp x pa..turun dan buka pnutup tank ptrol pastu start balik ok la..tjuan dia buang tu tekanan dr tank jak sbb laluan die da d gunkn tuk regulator kn..tu la fungsi canister tu.

Downpipe:

bwt yg cstom pnya..direct je x pyh guna yg L5 pnya tu..
kdai ekzos thu bwt tu..
jgn lupa bwt kn sekali wastepipe spaya sng lawas t tu trbo..hehe..
g pn dpt la bnyi ganas tu dn mngurang kn semput jgk tu.d jamin..

Ekzos:

paling sesuai 1.8 inci..
tp jrng kdai ada saiz tu..
macam ak trus 2 inci jak..
klu mahu tmbah perisa lg bnyi tu pakai la 2 inci dr engin sampai ke tbung tgh
dan dr tbung tu smpai mufler blkng bagi 2 stengh inci..mfler tip 4 inci..cnfirm sedap
time start engin ko dgr la bnyi dia..teruja dgr t..

Managment?Bakakuk?
sy x pkai lg bnda ni pn da ckup bwt kau teruja ma kereta kau t..
tp klu mau pn SAFC trbaik la tuk 2ng gen



pakai trbo apa bro?

so skrg smpai mna uda projek mu..
