What is SQ?

There's a misunderstanding that SQ(Sound Quality) is a system that can't play loud. Stock system also can't play loud but that's far from a real SQ system. So what is Sound Quality? SQ is that aspect of a sound system, which encompasses all of the performance factors which give the system the ability to re-produce an accurate and life-like rendition of the original recording as perfectly as possible. It includes factors such as tonality, ambience, subtle nuance, system gain structure, dynamics,transient response, and the list goes on and on.
SQ is a combination of all these technical factors as well as proper
speaker placement and proper system design. When a system is said to have perfect SQ, it generates the most accurate sound possible, with a sense of musical realism that gives the listener the impression that they "hear" a live performance right in front of them, as if the listener was in the audience watching the actual performers on an actual stage. Now, to get this realistic musical "sound stage" in a car, it takes careful system planning, speaker placement, and tuning.

aku beli 2.1k. upgrade 1.6k. tukar op amp burr brown dan capacitor, dan upgrade power supply. lebih accurate and transparent bunyinya. bass lebih tight dan instruments sounds much better. tu budak di icehifi mo beli P99 ba, tapi tak berbaloi kalau buat macam tu, P99 does not sound better than P9. P99 ada lebih function ja.

oic jd ko suda upgrade la ni, ko buat di russia kah..kalau aku jd bli ni ko carikan aku tmpt yg bleh mod..aku kureng sikit kalau bab2 mod2 ni, pakai standard ja..mau minta dia 2.4k kalau dpt hehe

ya, aku buat di russia, yg jual tu P9 punya ada kenal sifu yg pandai upgrade ba. di KK tiada. audio creation main dengan analog system. ko cuba tanya kalau boleh tolong upgrade.

haha, di russia banyak peminat ba. sebab dia org mampu main benda ni, spending capability higher. tak macam malaysia, low income results in low spending power. and distributor pricing semua sky high. then ppl in malaysia lacked the knowledge ba, car audio = blasting & waste money. haha di KK tiada persaingan, auto sound tapau semua pasaran hi end, skrg ada tu PAC tapi dia belum establish lagi.

haha..tp ok bah tu dari di fuji hahaha..

aku pun fikir mau beli smthing next week, maybe HU or amp or combo of small2 things like pods, rca etc.. limited budget bah, nanti bulan 7 kali baru spending spree haha

besar oh tu tweeter pod, u sure it will look gud on ur car? 5 inci tu. kalau 500 lebih baik buat a-pillar, since u using bluetac, u shud find out wat is the best angle for ur listening.

soundeast ada, tp bkn tuk tweeter yg besar, cuma tweeter standard, aku punya dls bleh masuk tp dia punya flange (basketball-like grill) tu yang telampau besar, nda cantik, mau juga yg specially custom made..mungkin aku bli di auto gadget la, rm400..

haha ko pg semporna la cuti sekolah buat pillar hahahah, aku punya design buruk sbb aku yg minta gitu, kalau ko tengok customer yg lain punya lawa2 pillar dorang.

1 more suggestion is mount the tweeter at the door sail. the triangle part connecting to the side mirror tu. from there u won't have any obstruction from the cockpit, tapi mesti time alignment la macam tu.

tdk tlmpau dekat ka 2?tpi nice idea.

dats why i say mesti time alignment. banyak org di sini buat macam tu. i plan to put my tweeter there for next project, and midrange at A pillar.
