What is SQ?

There's a misunderstanding that SQ(Sound Quality) is a system that can't play loud. Stock system also can't play loud but that's far from a real SQ system. So what is Sound Quality? SQ is that aspect of a sound system, which encompasses all of the performance factors which give the system the ability to re-produce an accurate and life-like rendition of the original recording as perfectly as possible. It includes factors such as tonality, ambience, subtle nuance, system gain structure, dynamics,transient response, and the list goes on and on.
SQ is a combination of all these technical factors as well as proper
speaker placement and proper system design. When a system is said to have perfect SQ, it generates the most accurate sound possible, with a sense of musical realism that gives the listener the impression that they "hear" a live performance right in front of them, as if the listener was in the audience watching the actual performers on an actual stage. Now, to get this realistic musical "sound stage" in a car, it takes careful system planning, speaker placement, and tuning.

final, ur post just made the 1000th post of this thread. i think our thread is the longest among all.

scanspeak tak semestinya makan banyak gain. it is gud if ur amp doesn't have to crank up the gain. less stress on the amp. SQ ni cakap pasal balance ba, have tune the tweeter supaya ngam ur ears and slowly match here and there. long time have to tune.

hopfly my pioneer 6400f doesnt fail me.hehe cheap amp only.cannot expect much from it. the prob is the sub.amp dia ta bleh catch up dngan mid...huhu end up gain 3/4 suda untuk sub sdngkan pegi mid baru 1/4.mau cek balik 2 sub.klau tak silap macam kena main 8ohm tu.try 2ohm.klo teda asap kluar dari 2 amp ok la 2...haha

ada tu total replies di forum topics. tu pioneer boleh guna juga la, tunggu sampai ada budget baru upgrade, utk sementara rasanya no problem. shud be better than ayam brand. tu amp tuk sub ku tak pasti, tapi dun take the risk la, nanti hangus mo beli lagi.

sda sya ubah pegi 2ohm...bru rsa 2 sub...prob now is to match and balance the gain wif mid amp ada sedikit panas klo suda buka 3/4 vol tpi time ni gain masih tinggi la.mau lower the gain.

nmpaknya amp sa tdk buli angkat 2ohm...huhu panas gila 2 amp.buli msk air...hehe ubah balik p 8ohm.gain tinggi lor.klo vol tinggi buli rsa ada distortion suda.huhu

haha kesian, harap harap next month ko dapat angkat tu audiobahn. next month is juz 1 week away. belum sampai ka tu scanspeak?

biasanya mau 4-5days 2.suda smpai KK mau 1 hari lgi smpai d keningau.
tracking number pn masih stay lgi d pej pos kulim.they too lazy to update. usually 1day from kulim - KL.1day from KL to KK.1 day from KK to kngau.tpi yg bikin lmbat either d KL to KK or KK to kngau.sblum ni pn macam 2.

its FS is 500Hz, linear response from 1kHz. i suggest cutting at 2.5kHz @ 12db/oct. muz on axis la.
