What is SQ?
There's
a misunderstanding that SQ(Sound Quality) is a system that can't play
loud. Stock system also can't play loud but that's far from a real SQ
system. So what is Sound Quality? SQ is that aspect of a sound system,
which
encompasses all of the performance factors which give the system the
ability to re-produce an accurate and life-like rendition of the
original recording as perfectly as possible. It includes factors such
as tonality, ambience, subtle nuance, system gain structure, dynamics,
transient response, and the list goes on and on. SQ is a combination of
all these technical factors as well as proper speaker placement and
proper system design. When a system is said to have perfect SQ, it
generates the most accurate sound possible, with a sense of musical
realism that gives the listener the impression that they "hear" a
live performance right in front of them, as if the listener was in the
audience watching the actual performers on an actual stage. Now, to get
this realistic musical "sound stage" in a car, it takes careful
system planning, speaker placement, and tuning.

mmg sudah confirmlah tu scandi Vifa punya driver kena rebadgelah.....u can get 4 times cheaper buying the Vifa badge than getting the DLS badge...

not vifa, not the same driver n n those sets still won in master class 7 category..but no scanspeak?

If not Vifa then it must be OEM Morel? Since I know DLS use to rebadge Morel....hehehe.....Avratz again....the same as they rebadge genesis for their amp...

Dont worry bro...atleast ur Scandinavia tweet resemble Vifa DX25 almost 99%....dint see any morels with that design....

And dont look down on Vifa....it's a very good brand....CDT and McCintosh are just two of their OEM brand....and their price is one of the cheapest among the DIY transducers.....

Anyway, Scanspeaks pun banyak menang competition bah......just search for Alpine F#1 or MP7....u will know where scanspeaks is....

btw ck im not brand oriented person, i'll take whatever sounds good n DLS sounds good to me at the moment. n automaticly we'll become the fan of that particular brand, not fanatic..btw brand new DLS is quite cheap here in malaysia compared to others unless u bought it cheap/used or buy it from other countries, u name it brax matrix? scans? audison? all potong leher punya harga

if i were exposed to scanspeak or whatsoever earlier thats a different story...and again u also used to use nobelium previously..

maybe will consider other brand if they exceeds my sonic expectations..

brax, audison VRx and scanspeak are at a diff lvl than DLS d. not to say DLS sux but they are not the best in the market. every brand has their pros and cons, juz depends on how u interpret them.

boi, i lupa suda apa macam itu screw. kedai acc mesti ada punya ba, kalau tidak, ambik pergi hardware shop tanya. so far KK ada midrange scandi saja, tiada org guna tweeter yet.

thats why i said its the cheapest one in the market..hehe, but i really want to hear what is ur interpretation of different level than dls? is it like heavenly good or just up a bit n labelled as different level..waiting 4 someone or brands that can really shake my skeptics..but i really love to hear how boi's f#1 sounds, quite live-like sound...dls may not be the best but they r among the great speakers out there im i right? we'll see the result la after i installed the scandi whether it performed better than my previous tweets..

mau tukar juga kalau sedap dari dls bah...tp ni suda terlambat, tpaksa ja la teruskan ngan dls... kalau td kaya raya ndapa juga angkat different set trus.

ya ba rudy, DLS is not the best, but one of the great sounding brands. no doubt abt it. lets juz keep an open mind abt brands and let our ears decide wat is best for us.

final, bila ko confirm beritahu aku la. tu DLS punya dome macam sudah kena coated, macam tu alpine F#1 punya.

klau tdk kena coat mesti cepat jadi ajinomoto klau kena matahari slalu kn.huhu
