What is SQ?

There's a misunderstanding that SQ(Sound Quality) is a system that can't play loud. Stock system also can't play loud but that's far from a real SQ system. So what is Sound Quality? SQ is that aspect of a sound system, which encompasses all of the performance factors which give the system the ability to re-produce an accurate and life-like rendition of the original recording as perfectly as possible. It includes factors such as tonality, ambience, subtle nuance, system gain structure, dynamics,transient response, and the list goes on and on.
SQ is a combination of all these technical factors as well as proper
speaker placement and proper system design. When a system is said to have perfect SQ, it generates the most accurate sound possible, with a sense of musical realism that gives the listener the impression that they "hear" a live performance right in front of them, as if the listener was in the audience watching the actual performers on an actual stage. Now, to get this realistic musical "sound stage" in a car, it takes careful system planning, speaker placement, and tuning.

Sya rasa sya pakai MBQ active sub jak,160w RMS,480w max ,10",senang ,x pyh beli amp,n booth pun x samak.itu pun klu tu tauke nda brainwash sya utk kali ke-2.Azam 2012 atur kancil sya huhu.after ICE.cari spot rim murah,klu kana nombor convert enjin turbo.hohoho.

hehe klau gtu ok sja tu bro...hehe kdang2 dngar ckp taukeh ni susa juga.dulu sya minta potong kayu untuk bikin letak mid d pintu ngam2 taukeh nmpak tweeter sya peerless xt25. ni tweeter memang besar.mau juga 4" diameter.trus taukeh tu bilang klau psang ni dlm kreta bising tu bunyi tweeter.tlmpau kuat knon.ngam untuk open boot punya... (taukeh tdk dpt beza tweeter biasa dngn horn tweeter) hehe mcm2 lagi la dia buat lawak masa tu...tpi abaikan...hehe

BTW bebiri dengarlah ckp sifu2 ko dua org tu, C Final and C Power, jgn dengar ckp tu taukeh....tapi kalau ko puas hati dgn tu MBQ ko angkat sajalah....then jgn pg ikut2 org TT or baca banyak2 d internet...nanti sport rim nda tabali....

haha...itu P99 ngam2 dpt offer yg sngat syok...hehe lgipun yg lama mau letgo...skrg monoblock pula nda syok.huhu monday mau antar p AC tu amp.taupun mungkin bgus lgi angkat lain...hehe focal 1?

Berapa harga ko beli tu and di mana? Ada tu genesis profile sub RM700 ja kena jual....

x jugalah...kalau ko mo main tu lower punya bass ko perlu banyak udara...so bagus lagi x payah kasih seal....biasanya kalau seal tu mid bass dia ada baguslah mo tgk dia punya qtc...kalau qtc rendah bagus kena seal...kalau qtc tinggi x payah seal lagi bagus....

btw d mana ko beli tu P99RS ko and berapa harga? Hati2 jgn telampau tinggi ko kasih tune tu gain ko punya amp...genesis punya amp x da protection ama tu speaker...

Andreww: nanti sya try test tu MBQ active sub,tapi macam dalam plastik ja tu ..nda boleh try maybe..tapi walau bagaimana pun mesti mo ada subwoofer cos tu ari tauke tu mmg pintar..bkn psg 3-way dibkng.dia kasi 2 way(mid+tweet) so mmg tida pilihan ,bln depan la..ikut kemampuan ^^.

andrew: tpi macam mna pn klau ko compare active dn sub + amp dngn sealed enclosure, memang tu active sub tdk buli lawan la.active sub punya enclosure pn suda kecil.

P99 2.1K body, faceplate 10/10 macam tdk pernah kena psang pun.dari si zac.

ohh sa bukan ckp pasal sub bah tu...sa maksudkan tu mid bass 18W yg ko pakai....mmg bagus tu kena seal...tapi yg sa faham kalau mo lower bass sudah kena seal tia bagus sudahlah...cos mo main lower bass perlu banyak udara....

yg pasal mo guna box tu depend dgn variable tu sublah setau sa...ada sub yg sesuai IB, ada yg seal and ada yg ported....boleh guna tu enclosure punya designing software untuk kasih tentu tu...tapi x pernah buatlah....

owh hehe ingat psal sub...
sya ada nmpak d youtube 18W kena bikin sealed enclosure home hifi...macam syok btul bass dia.accurate la tu bunyi.klau fast bass lgi la.trus rsa macam sa mo potong tu doorpanel sya buang trus tu pocket d pintu ganti jadi sealed enclosure...hehe tpi macam syg pula sya tngok tu pintu... klau F#1 punya z18t mau 23L tu.ndatau klau 18W sama tau tdk... klau Z15M 10L sja...hehe rudy ko nda mau test?hehe

ini hebat ni geng 1200w 12" flat sub..tapi sya x tau kenapa murah.^^

Yeap mmg tu 18W ngam kena seal....kalau ko check QTC dia di bawah 0.5 ja tu...so mmg patut kena seal, baru dia dpt act optimum sebagai mid bass....kalau ko guna semua ruang udara pintu kereta ko samalah ertinya macam ko kasih IB to 18W ko....tapi yg sa maksudkan kalau ko mo dia play lower lagi....cuma nanti tidak berapa accurate sudahlah mid bass dia....

yalo...ada kebaikan ada keburukan juga la kn...huhu apa tu IB?
