klu mo upgred piston kena tukar blok p 1.5.....pakai piston waja 1.6 sama dia crankshaft ( 4g18)
bukan piston wira 1.6........

cari blok 1.5, hantar p engenering sekali ngan crank,konrod and piston,supaya boleh dapat saiz yg cun...

pastu hantar p worksop pasang...klu worksop biasa buat kereta racing diorang cuma pasang 1/2 hari jak tu...

pastu cari tuner.....

tastu cari lawan..heheheheh

blok standard 1.3 paling max masuk piston waja oversized 50 n blok 1.5 bole masuk piston waja oversized 100..tp crankshaft kena tukar sekali tue guna waja punya jgak..kalu x piston tenggelam n x rata sama blok..crankshaft bole masuk asal modified dia punya ujung kasi ngam sama waterpump..namun tue utk racing jak psl head gasket sng putus klu tlampau di blast..tuk daily driver 1.3 guna standard piston waja n 1.5 guna guna piston waja oversized 50..lagi head kasi port n polish sama tukar valve kedua kasi besar..camshaft pun baik tukar.. kasi ringan flywheel sama pulley..klac bole guna yg 1.6 punya cuma bikin lubang baru di flywheel spy bole masuk..yg lain bole tambah kemudian..kalu cukup barang kami bole tolong bikin tue..

saya pakai 4g15. suda buat byk ni. banyak suda masuk parts, banyak suda yang berganti.

can shaft, valve spring aftermarket, cam pulley, crank pulley, exhause pipe dari depan sampai belakang, manifold, oversize piston 1.6, port and polish head,scheme tu head, spark plug branded, plug cabel branded, flywheel 1.6. Racing clutch. ada gi lah.

last last menyesal. power dia tidak kemana juga. Tipula kan kalu saya bilang mau guna jalan rilex2 ja kan? Bila suda upgrade mau juga tarik2 kan? hehehehe. memang ada naik lah tu power. tapi tidak memadai kunun. Berbanding tukar engin, lagi berbaloi.

kalu campur kos suma, labour charge, bole bili satu biji enjin baru da. lagi bagus kumpul duit pelahan-lahan la geng. bli engin baru. lagi power, jimat minyak, puas hati. sekarang naik kimanis pun rilex ja. hehehehe. nasihat saya, tukar engin ja geng.

kalau efi ada teknikal skit, sbb bnyak sensor, n pakai computer box.. kalau carb manual abis smua.. tp ada jgk ba 4g15 yg modified abis smpai buli menang drag.. aku tengok d youtube, powerzone punya kreta.. pakai 4 throttle.. tp mmg modified brabis la sda tu

kalau nak upgrade 1.3 ni baik tukar pakai kaburator lagi sedap bro..mbr saya iswara 1.3 boleh layan kereta yg injin lagi besar macam tu jer dari segi pick up n top speed sama jer boleh abis meter bro....tak der cut of sudah kaburator.....

hi bro semua...

sya tumpang tread dulu ah TS...

sya pun pengguna kereta yg bernadikan 4g13 juga..sya punya 4g13 vdo, masih belum terusik apa2 lagi..

Ni tahun engin kereta sya tidak berapa terjaga, menyebabkan beberapa kerosakan..tapi ada juga sya repair & replace seperti fuel pump & distributor..

tahun depan, planning sya mo repair & mod sikit2 ni engine..so ini planning sya & harap bro2 semua boleh bantu & bagi pendapat.

1.top overhaul
2.ganti semua belting (aircond belting, compression belting & timing belt) timing belt tukar satu kali sama water pump.
3.service radiator (suhu engine pandai naik kalau dalam keadaan idle & naik bukit)fyi, kipas radiator x rosak..
4.Ganti blok asal dengan blok 1.5....lepas tu mau bagi masuk 1.6 punya stroker kit..
5.tukar standard clutch pergi BR clutch 1.6 sama2 lightened flywheel (http://www.zerotohundred.com/newforums/engine-and-performance/83511-1-3-1-5-convert-1-6-clutch-kit.html
6. tukar barang lain seperti front suspension (asal sudah leaking) etc..

Kamu rasa mo buat satu kali ka atau buat satu2 dulu? paling kurang sya boleh blanja untuk repair adalah RM2k...

siapa2 yg mahu tawarkan servis mereka boleh la pm atau reply sya k Smile

1. rm300++, campur servis kalau tukar enjin oil
2. nda pasti pula ni, dulu sya general overhaul, kos semua rm1.5k++, tukar semua ni
3. tgok tempat, otospa murah, rm75
4. rm1k++
5. belum pernah buat
6. suspension tgok brand, cincai rm500++ buli dapat sda yg bagus, satu set abs+spring

waja kurng powr rsanya bab da cuba,cba try pstun produa rusa bro lu psng mmng pistn 2 tggi kluar dri blok so kna tolng gna gsket,,wlupun saiz stndrd da pwr gila da bab fktor ktggian kmperesor kuat klu nak lgi gil over saiz 100,,1.8 stndrd pun buang jauh bro
