PERTANYAAN : kad smartpay ni hanya boleh digunakan utk beli minyak saja ka atau boleh digunakan utk beli ( contoh : koropok ka minuman ka di stesen petronas ? ) tq.

Ya,kad smartpay utk minyak saja tp Point yang ko dapat dari pembelian minyak tu boleh redeem utk barangan mesra.Reedem minyak pun boleh.tp point tu kena banyak la..

p/s ko tinggal CyberCity Aprt.jg kan,.blok apa ko,.heheeee..

Kepada Pemegang Kad SmartPay Petronas, disertakan cara penggunaan dan top up untuk panduan pengguna. Top up juga boleh dilakukan secara online melalui maybank2u.com. Terdapat panduan di sana. Kad dan nombor pin di hantar secara berasingan bagi tujuan keselamatan. Sekiranya anda tidak menerima kedua-duanya kad tidak boleh digunakan.Sekiranya semasa membeli minyak, anda menghadapi masalah sila perhatikan no kod yang keluar di skrin di pump atau skrin di terminal di kaunter dan buat laporan kepada talian di bawah. Sebagai contoh error code:D 51. Kad Mesra (loyalty point) boleh digunakan bersama- sama bagi mengumpul point. Sila ikut arahan di pump.Sekiranya anda menghadapi masalah anda boleh berhubung dengan pihak MesraLink di talian 1300-88-8181 atau berhubung dengan berhubung dengan pegawai SmartPay di Pejabat Petronas 088-239037/035/033. Kepada ahli Sioloon yang belum memiliki Kad SmartPay permohonan boleh dibuat dengan mengisi borang SmartPay yang boleh didapati di www.mymesra.com.my. Bantu la Kelab Sioloon dengan menyumbang sedikit hasil pembelian minyak minyak anda bagi menjalankan aktiviti- aktiviti kelab anda.
