What is SQ?
There's a misunderstanding that SQ(Sound Quality) is a system that can't play loud. Stock system also can't play loud but that's far from a real SQ system. So what is Sound Quality? SQ is that aspect of a sound system, which
encompasses all of the performance factors which give the system the
ability to re-produce an accurate and life-like rendition of the
original recording as perfectly as possible. It includes factors such
as tonality, ambience, subtle nuance, system gain structure, dynamics,
transient response, and the list goes on and on. SQ is a combination of
all these technical factors as well as proper speaker placement and
proper system design. When a system is said to have perfect SQ, it
generates the most accurate sound possible, with a sense of musical
realism that gives the listener the impression that they "hear" a
live performance right in front of them, as if the listener was in the
audience watching the actual performers on an actual stage. Now, to get
this realistic musical "sound stage" in a car, it takes careful
system planning, speaker placement, and tuning.

nizam, kalau mau set supaya kedengaran di depan, mesti main dengan x-over dan phasing. u cuba dulu dan dengar ada kebezaan atau tidak. lebih baik kita berjumpa dan dengar sistem masing masing. boleh bagi ko cuba sub aku, tengok ada beza tak. AVI tak pernah dengar. tu untuk home audio ka? untuk kereta punya, ada satu saja pure tube amp, HSS Fidelity, yg lain semua hybrid tube macam DLS TA2, Poweramper XP200T, Milbert, Butler dan PPI TD275 dan lain2. AVI tak pernah, mungkin ni brand baru.

i thought u sedang main active. apa cross 2 atau 3way. set dari HU saja tu. so kita boleh la berjumpa di antara 8, 9, 10 Jan, kita set satu tempat dan masa berjumpa la. nizam, apa nombor telepon ko?

the crossover i meant is the built in active crossover in the HU, bukan passive. phasing ni, main dengan staging dia tu, reverse phasing means switch + dan - atau di processor ada nampak 0 degrees to -180 atau 180 degrees, ko cuba buat ni utk tweeter ko dan dengar kebezaan.

iya,saya ingatkan x over yg ck maksudkan tu yg external x-over tu..saya pun blur2..adjust di HU seja.tp btol la..klu pki pre-amp,x-over external lg,itu sound quality tidak pure suda,sbb kena kasi tambah black pepper..muahahha

td saya check HU punya sub rca signal output,baru 0.9v seja...patutla bunyi woofer macam ayam mati..tpaksa beli tu macam amp kecil tuk amplify signal supaya kasi gain tu signal voltage cukup2..tgk specs HU rca pre-output 2.5v...mmm..lps ni kira mau angkat 2nd 9855 ja,3 pre-output 4v,siap time allignment lg..muahahha

Aku mo join jgak..tgok keadaan dlu..kalau xda halangan mo bguru jgak ni..tapi CK brand aku rojak stail..uhuhu..bkan brg2 SQ lah..uhuhuh..tpi blehlah skit2..juzt nak mntak pndpat org lain pula..

CK, I cant 100% confirm u.tau la skolah kn.tiba2 ada aktivity susa lor.tpi I'll pray teda aktivity la...hehe nanti buka skolah baru dpt kasi confirm.If cannot tat day kena ready plan B la..hehe normaly klo pegi KK sya smpai dlm tengahari la.

nizam, kamu sedang guna HU yg mana? saya ingat ko guna standard macam P80. kalau band tak cukup bagaimana main active? cuba angkat HU yg betul betul boleh main active dulu baru mula buat tuning. kalau function kurang, susah juga mau tuning. ko punya bajet utk HU berapa? ada beberapa HU sedang dijual di forum lain.

tak payah bersegan dgn brand atau harga sistem la. boleh berkawan dan menukar idea ttg ICE. but i think u guys won't have the chance to listen to my DLS TA2 this timr cos going to change a bit. wats ur contact number btw? wat was the problem on the HU?

p80 klu ngam budget mo juga,tp sy lebih suka alpine 9855,saya pki kenwood,kdv 6339u...saya amik pun psl dvd & usb tu..tp masa tu mmg janji beli,main keluar suara ja,dgr dvd dts system...tp lama2 bila dgr lagu cd kitaro,instrumental,oldies syok pula dgr tu suara2 tu keluar.so skrg kira mood pindah pg sq.plan klu ada budget mo juga angkat tu 502,skali imprint punyA processor..tp klu ada 2nd punya 9855,ngam harga mo juga angkat...

not really out of topic la, it's about SQ TT. haha. i oso dunno where to meet. u wan when and where? i think noon around 11-1 will be perfect, we meet around beverly hills, we can go visit the shop in bundusan the one andrew said. or night around 9 or 10, we can go meet in lintas and teh tarik after our meeting till midnight. ur choice?
