What is SQ?
There's a misunderstanding that SQ(Sound Quality) is a system that can't play loud. Stock system also can't play loud but that's far from a real SQ system. So what is Sound Quality? SQ is that aspect of a sound system, which
encompasses all of the performance factors which give the system the
ability to re-produce an accurate and life-like rendition of the
original recording as perfectly as possible. It includes factors such
as tonality, ambience, subtle nuance, system gain structure, dynamics,
transient response, and the list goes on and on. SQ is a combination of
all these technical factors as well as proper speaker placement and
proper system design. When a system is said to have perfect SQ, it
generates the most accurate sound possible, with a sense of musical
realism that gives the listener the impression that they "hear" a
live performance right in front of them, as if the listener was in the
audience watching the actual performers on an actual stage. Now, to get
this realistic musical "sound stage" in a car, it takes careful
system planning, speaker placement, and tuning.

kalau main 3 way, boleh try ambik tu tube helix utk midrange and tweeter for experiment. or maybe u can try butler or hustler as well. kalau ada duit, celestra oso a very nice amp altho not tube, i mean the RA and VA series, FA series dunno much bout it. poweramper PA series oso sounds very similar to tube amps.

maybe 5kg la, last time i sent an amp to ipoh abt 7kg cost rm97. the xt25 is quite heavy one. but w/o the x-over maybe less weight.

power, another choice is mcintosh amps sold by theaudiojourney. tu mantaps.

check out the celestra just now, cool but its 75x4..i want something more than that. mcintosh tu dari dulu suda aku tengok2, sabar2 dulu hehe..

seriously, if u r looking for an amp to power ur midrange and tweeter, power is not important at all. it's the sq. midbass and sub, we talk bout power la. even tho my supremo is rated at 220w and my amp is 4x110w, my amp gain is set to quite minimum. if put more will be piercing d.

i know that ck, but im thinking about to power up the mid bass also.. im planning to retain 2 way system if the budget errr well u know... , just upgrade the amps n cables with the least expenditure..(susah bah kalau suda banyak komitmen lain ni, kalau bujang td ndapa juga hehe, ni adik aku lg minta spend tuk main spl, tpaksa reduce sikit budget..)
