bahan-bahan.

1. batang keladi
2. santan pekat
3. ikan masin
4. air asam jawa
5. cili api
6. garam, ajinamoto dan gula
7. minyak masak
8. bawang merah
9. bawang putih
10. serbuk kunyi

cara-cara

1. panaskan minyak, tumis bawng merah dan bawang putih. masukkan serbuk kunyit..kacau hingga naik bau. pastu masukkan ikan masin..gaul seketika...masukkan batang keladi....masak hingga lembut

2. masukkan air...tunggu hingga mendidih pastu masukkan santan dan cili api, air asam jawa dan bahan perasa..

3. siap utk d makan
