Masalah dgn kedai halfcut di kk ni: komunikasi dgn pelanggan..
kalau kita pi Tong's di wisma merdeka beli baju ada jurujual yg akan membantu, memberi penerangan, tolong cari apa yg kita mau..

klu di tilija kita akan dibiarkan merayau-rayau sendiri.. paling2 dia cakap.. mau apa? tu pun tanpa senyuman.. paling2 dia jawap.. tiada.. (berdasarkan pengalaman)

mereka tiada pegawai perunding / perkihdmatan pelanggan
