bro..saya nak tanya kalau masuk turbo tapi kalau x pakai blowoff boleh ker? ada member ckp kalau x pakai blowoff guna ext westage untuk buat angin lebih. ada effect kat turbo ke kalu x pakai. saya cadang nak masuk turbo tapi x nak la cam org lain tarik2 sikit dah bunyi kecinggggg.cam menunjuk2 saja mantang2 turbo.kereta besar pun tak tarik2. :?:

sa pernah experience jgk bgini bro..turbo tiada safe klu tiada blow off..yg bahaya itu turbo-shaft..klu tiada pakai blow off akan menyebabkan turbo-shaft putus, "bukan dalam masa yg singkat la"..klu boost tinggi confirm..JANJI..klu tiada mo kecinggggg-kecingggg...pakai la blow off lain yg bukan kecingggg..hehehe..

Okay, this is how diesels run:

Air is drawn into the cylinders and is compressed by the pistons at compression ratios around 18:1, much higher than those spark-ignited (petrol) engines. Near the end of the compression stroke, diesel fuel is injected into the combustion chamber through an injector (or atomizer).

The fuel ignites from contact with the air that, due to compression, has been heated to a temperature of about 700–900 °C (1300–1650 °F). The resulting combustion causes increased heat and expansion in the cylinder which increases pressure and moves the piston downward.

The vehicle needs all the air that it’s turbo can supply. It essentially compresses air in the cylinders, so no combustion occurs until the diesel is introduced.

Having a BOV will make the compressor work a lot harder to build the pressure. There is a loss in performance when the gears are shifted. After the 2nd & 3rd gear, you may find yourself losing even to a Kia Picanto.

Diesel engines do not have throttle plates to control engine speed (unlike a gasoline/petrol engine which has a butterfly valve within the throttle mechanism). Engine speed is controlled by regulating the quantity of fuel injected into the cylinder during the power stroke, regardless whether by indirect injection or common rail injection.

Truth is, any modification that raises the amount of fuel and air put through a diesel engine will increase its operating temperature, which will shorten its life and increase its service interval requirements.

Most modern diesel engines have their fuel injection rates electronically controlled, so their torque is more or less equal, if not better, than petrol/gasoline driven cars.

bayangkan jika blow off tiada dipasang..angin akan balik ke turbo dengan arah yang berlawanan..ini menyebabkan effect yg kurang baik kepada turbo-shaft..bearing pun cepat makan..

nomo.. penggunaan B.O.V. ni penting jugak... untuk menjaga jangka hayat turbo tu...

kalau tidak mo pakai pun ok... syaratnya tidak ble lebih dari 7psi boost... tapi kalau hari2 tarik boost sampai 7psi.. sakit jugak turbo tu....

4WD kebanyakan tidak pakai sebab dorang boost standard tidak lebih dari 7 or 8psi.. tapi bila dorang buat mods sudah.. kasi tinggi boost.. mesti ada BOV suda tu... turbo mahal bos.... standard BOV pun baru seratus lebih jak.... renung2kan... hehehe...

mcm mana mau guna,disel car kebanyakan guna fuel pump untuk rev tu minyak....bukan mcm petrol guna throttle body (EFi),lepas pedal minyak pandai tutup tu throttle body jd tekanan berlebihan yg dijana turbo leh keluar di blow off...kalau diesel,bila di tekan tu minyak dia control di fuel pump..xdada mulut throttle untuk Chhommmm ChhoMMmmmm...

pakai greddy type-s klu tiamau bunyi bising... best tu...

jika nda mau asyik kecchhiiinngg kasi tukar turbo besar ja...sebab lambat masuk boost kan...mo blast baru ada bunyi...sama kasi up boost sekali..

pakai je la BOV..xnk bunyi jgn la blast..maintain slow je
