Seorang lelaki menemui doktor. Dia menghadapi suatu masalah yang sangat
pribadi, alat kelaminnya mempunyai beberapa lubang.


"Doktor, saya sangat malu... Kalau saya buang air kecil, air keluar
dari lubang-lubang itu dan terpercik kemana mana. Baju saya selalu
basah... Dan yang lebih memalukan lagi.. kalau saya buang air kecil di
tandas awam, maka ianya akan membasahi orang di kiri kanan saya.
Tolonglah, doktor, apa yang harus saya lakukan?"

Doktor berfikir sejenak "Saya akan memberikan sepucuk surat untuk anda berikan kepada abang saya."

"Doktor, apakah dia seorang ahli bedah yang baik?" tanya lelaki


"Bukan! Dia seorang ahli muzik. Dia mahir dalam memainkan alat musik
serunai. saya akan meminta pertolongannya agar dia mengajar anda
cara-cara mengawal lubang semasa bermain serunai!."
