How to remove 't*** burung' orange'ish stain

i try to polish many time with soft clothes. it just dont want remove it

i try use Waxco and soft99 metaclean. =S
any idea how to remove this ? i get pissed off right nw saw that orange'ish stain on my hood.

try using minum
but not to long.. coz nnt cat pun pudar.. hehe
