What is SQ?
There's a misunderstanding that SQ(Sound Quality) is a system that can't play loud. Stock system also can't play loud but that's far from a real SQ system. So what is Sound Quality? SQ is that aspect of a sound system, which
encompasses all of the performance factors which give the system the
ability to re-produce an accurate and life-like rendition of the
original recording as perfectly as possible. It includes factors such
as tonality, ambience, subtle nuance, system gain structure, dynamics,
transient response, and the list goes on and on. SQ is a combination of
all these technical factors as well as proper speaker placement and
proper system design. When a system is said to have perfect SQ, it
generates the most accurate sound possible, with a sense of musical
realism that gives the listener the impression that they "hear" a
live performance right in front of them, as if the listener was in the
audience watching the actual performers on an actual stage. Now, to get
this realistic musical "sound stage" in a car, it takes careful
system planning, speaker placement, and tuning.

since it's neutral, it's suitable for most genres. hard to compare la. K2P has more kickbass and tweeter slighly bright. MB quite bright for my taste. Dyns smoother but require more power in order to play well. at least 100w or more for the midbass. Among these 3, i will take 342 for its selling price, new set cost almost 3k.

it's poisonous, but then prepare some money to get some really gud amp to show its full potential, in fact any gud speaker need gud amp. at the meantime, it will blast ur stock system far far away d IF u managed to get it.

remember my video of the P99? he is using MLK165 midbass. mantap juga tu. very punchy and suitable for free air installation. the tweeter usually ppl use other brands, the ori MLK tweet are just average if compared to those hi end ones. depends wat u wan la final, if u like to listen to all kinds of music, can't go wrong with dyns. if u like music with power and punch, MLK is gud for u. if u like super detail, MB might suit u. listen to rock and fast music, K2P will be a better choice. of cos have to match with the correct amp and tuning.

pasal shipping tu, ko boleh contact chankeong, dia boleh tolong ship dari JB. tak payah tax tapi chankeong will charge abt rm100 la, shipping cost will be about RM100 or so. u tanya tu seller dulu boleh ka dia ship dari JB to avoid tax. for rm1500 u can get a dynaudio 3 way, wat else can u ask more? haha. tu si krayden jual 2way pun mo hampir 2k lo.

btw the MB is more torawds vocal n jazz and anything that has less treble..rock n metal just ok la coz the tweeters are bright..need to tune it down a bit..my DLS can play all tunes with no issues haha (ya lor harga pun mhl juga) cuma ada tweeter punya natural frequency tu aku nda brapa suka..macam d EQed sikit..ntahla mungkin car audio ada philosophy sendiri berbeza dari equipment for musician in the studio.

normally how much is a 4ga power cable cost per meter?CK u use dist block kn?the fuse near battry how much ampere?

fuse near battery is 80A. 4Ga cable depends which type. like stinger HPM from AC is rm50 per meter. cap ayam one at local shops is rm10-20 per meter, tapi dunno if it's true 4Ga la and the cable all oxydized and not pure copper. then Knukonceptz sendiri tengok di ebay, knu oso not pure copper but it compromises with more strands(oversized cables). better get 0Ga and distribute if can afford. next time no need upgrade anymore. unless u wan to stay 2 way then 4Ga will be enuf. my distro block is near the amp. 4Ga to 2x4Ga. got 1F capacitor before the amp.

ni kena clearly elaborated ni..my MB q is really made in germany..not like the newer MB quart which is rather ambiguous..which they said "engineered in germany" but according to trusted source they're made in china.

mine is premium PVF216 not PVI216, google for it..eventhough my speaker was made after maxxonics (not the very old MB quart which become German maestro now) acquired MB quart, but this model still made in germany..n its no longer in production, u can only find the PVI series.

pasal eq ni mungkin aku tlampau biasa ngan equipment muzik n studio..lagi mahal n berkualiti lagi natural habis, langsung teda unsur2 eq sbb kita suda EQ tu sound di instrument kita dari effects2 tertentu..susah mau xplain ni..kdg2 bunyi treble dari speaker (set as flat) ada yg sssss, ssshhhh, sssoooh..so dia kena sama macam yg real instruments la..tu pun kena berbelas tahun berkecimpung hehe..

tula susah mau kc puas telinga aku ni..walaupun knowledge aku pasal lCE ni tidaklah sehebat kamu, tp aku tau bunyi yg btul2 bagus..

hehe senang ja tu final...kalau kita ingat dulu2 main sound msti mau set EQ bentuk 'V' kan tuk boost treble n bass..naa skrg kita main sq ni kebanyakannya bentuk ' --- ' flat ja..kalau ada pun di adjust sikit ja tuk compensate lost freq or reduce unwanted freq selepas kita tune crossover..

power skrg ko guna amp apa untuk comp set ko?brapa RMS?bigger power = more clear sound ka?sbab sya bca review2 org kn, klo amp tdk ckup power, bunyi tdk clear.mksud sya ada bunyi yg tdk kluar/tdk dpt dngar.

hehe ya la tu...ya kalau pakai speaker standard, rca standard, cable standard perlu juga d kacau2 tu EQ baru dpt soundnya..

alala..aku punya amp lauya ja bah..tunggu aku angkat audison la hehe...skrg pakai JBL GTO 75.4ii, 104w X 4@4ohm..ngam2 ja tuk mid bass tu..cuma HPF nya ada tajam sikit..tp ramai juga bah org pakai amp lagi lauya dari aku, tp sound lagi sedap dari sistem aku haha..(sebab aku nda dpt lawan HU p90 n p9 diorang)

ya btl tu..lg besar power lg bagus, ada banyak headroom tuk tu speaker (just be careful with the gain)..tp aku lum pernah xplore lg kalau pakai 2 ohm..\\apa amp ko skrg final..

amp aku lagi lauya..hehe smpai loya ja tdk.amp mura ja pioneer 6400F.skrg bepikir ni klo angkat comp yg dasat2, amp pun mo minta duit juga...aiya

2 ohm?macam jarang sa nmpak mid 2ohm.focal ja la yg sa tau.kbnyakanya 4/8ohm
