    kpd sape2 yg penah modify engine L5/L6 JB-JL engine...
    - brp max block leh rebore? (ori size 61-62mm cmtu la kot)
    - agak2 lpas x msuk piston L2s (68mm)??
    - RHF4 kacuk ponggek RFH3 (L5) ok x?
    - cmne nk buang cut-off speed??

    mna mau cari workshop/repair manual utk engine ni...tq Smile

    jb-jl 4 piston kn bro???piston kecil tu,msuk piaton l2/l2s mmg x bleh..over limit sda..ada yg ckp,gna piston daihatsu coure L70,tp x pasti kebenarannya bro..ada jg ckp,piston 850 bleh muat dlm blok jb-jl..tp mmg jd nipis btul

    saiz piston 850 rasany 66.8mm..
    bleh masuk kat blok jbjl tp blok tu mmg kaw2 nipis..
    ad yg da pkai tp x tahan lama..

    pasai torbo tu bgantung kpd pgunaan..
    kalau utk daily, elok buat tapak baru..
    kacuk ponggek ni x ssuai utk daily..

    piston L70 tu yg ssh nak cakap,sbb macam rare da tu..try la tnya2 d apkat enjin l70 dua piston..mmg bleh sjak tu piston 850,tp syg la blok,pch sbb x tahan..klu utk hr2 gna,disarankan jgn la oversize jbjl..

    lg pun besi ni bila dipanaskn, material arrangement suda brubah..
    proses ni dpanggil heat treatment..cast iron (besi turbo) mgkin bleh jadi martensite atau pearlite (besi yg rapuh) bila dipanaskn

    skrg ni dh ade kedai specialist turbo (engineering)..kdai tu offer sy turbo RHF4 dh siap kacuk ngan ponggek L5.kira plug n play jela kt exhaust manifold L5 standard..
    apek tu ckap dia xwelding ponggek (tu keje diorg la.dia bt cmne pn xtau)..pstu dia ckap bila2 masa je leh tkar turbo RHF4 lain..just bli RHF4 pstu tkar ponggek n plug n play je.xpyah hntar kdai engineering lg dah..
    so, xde masalah la klu pkai turbo RHF4 kacuk ponggek L5..btul x bro??

    sori mencelah..rasanya yg kna welding tu yg biasa pecah bro klu utk kegunaan harian..itu yg bro keba n bro lockon ckpkn tu..bgs try yg bro keba ckpkn tu kcauk rhf4 subaru pakai ponggek rhf4 yrv..xpyh welding2 lg..tukar ponggek jak..sbb ckp keba hari tu ponggek rhf4 yrv kecil skit berbanding rhf4 subaru..buat jak blk bro downpipe n tapak tu utk jangka masa panjang..byk dah org buat macam tu..
